We use the payment system provided by SMBC GMO Payment Inc. and do not retain customer credit card information.

If a customer requests disclosure, correction (including addition, deletion, or suspension of use or provision to third parties), we will confirm the requester’s identity and respond promptly unless:
- There is a risk of harm to the life, body, or property of the customer or a third party
- It may severely interfere with our business operations
- Cooperation with governmental functions would be hindered
- Another law specifies a special procedure

Retention Period:
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for its intended use and, in principle, for seven years after contract termination. After the period ends, data is securely deleted.
